Property buyers pay a mandatory notary fee. It is not necessary to register a transaction. When buying a new building, an additional value-added tax is paid.

The associated costs will range from approximately 0.5% to 21.6% of the purchase agreement value. When buying a new apartment worth €250,000 with the contract registration within 1 day, the investor will spend €303,875, including additional costs.
