Our clients are successful individuals and families — businesspeople, investors, executives, and public figures — who value flexibility, security, and global mobility.

We provide our clients with the freedom to move beyond visa restrictions and currency controls and establish a second home — a place they have the right but not the obligation to live in.

Our licences

Immigrant Invest operates as a government-licensed investment migration agent in jurisdictions where licensing is required, working strictly within official legal frameworks.

Holding these licences is a legal requirement for any company offering citizenship and residency by investment services — not an optional credential.

Who can become our partner

We work with individuals and companies whose clients are making significant financial and life decisions. If your work brings you into contact with high-net-worth individuals, a partnership with Immigrant Invest is a natural extension of the services you already provide.

Referrals tend to arise at natural inflection points — asset restructuring, international expansion, family planning, or a shift in residency needs. A client doesn't need to have made a decision; if second citizenship or residency has come up in conversation, that's a strong signal.

Typical clients are investors, business owners, and executives with the financial capacity to meet programme thresholds, which start at around $200,000 depending on the jurisdiction.

9 things that define partnership with Immigrant Invest

  • 1

    Competitive commissions

We operate directly, without intermediaries — which means a significant share of the generated revenue goes to our partners. Commission is tiered based on referral volume — your manager will walk you through the structure during onboarding.

  • 2

    Proven track record

Immigrant Invest has been operating since 2006 and has guided clients through thousands of successful applications across 25 jurisdictions. Partners can present our experience to their clients as a tangible reason to trust the process — not just a promise of it.

  • 3

    Government-approved options only

We work exclusively with official state programmes and hold the licences to confirm it. Our role is to help clients navigate legitimate options and avoid schemes that put both their investment and your reputation at risk.

  • 4

    Services from A to Z

We cover the full scope of the process — legal advice, investment structuring, and documentation — so your clients receive coherent, end-to-end professional support at every stage.

  • 5

    Full support

We hold exclusive webinars for partners, help prepare for client meetings, and assist in progressing conversations. Partners also receive ready-to-use materials like presentations.

  • 6

    Prompt, reliable responses

Each partner works with a dedicated Immigrant Invest manager. When your clients have questions about citizenship or residency, your manager provides accurate, up-to-date information without delay.

  • 7

    Clear client journey

Both our partners and their clients understand exactly where they are in the process and what comes next. We make sure no stage feels opaque or uncertain.

  • 8

    Compliance

We conduct a thorough preliminary Due Diligence of each client before an agreement is signed. This protects the client from avoidable refusals and safeguards the partner's professional reputation.

  • 9

    Confidentiality

All partner and client information shared with Immigrant Invest is handled with strict discretion. Partners can refer clients with confidence that their data and identity are protected throughout the process.

Becoming an Immigrant Invest partner is easy

1

Initial conversation

Reach out to our Business Development Manager in any way convenient to you: for example, via LinkedIn or by completing the form on this page.

We’ll discuss your client profile, how the partnership works in practice, and answer any questions before any commitment is made.

2

Providing company details

Share your company registration details so we can prepare the partnership agreement. This is a straightforward step that typically takes no more than a day.

3

Signing of a partnership agreement

We draft and send the agreement for your review. Once both sides are satisfied with the terms, the document is signed and the partnership is formally in place.

4

Refer your first client

Once the partnership agreement is in place, you can begin referring clients interested in citizenship or residency. Your dedicated manager will be available from day one — for training, questions, and support at every stage of the process.

Your team at Immigrant Invest

The primary point of contact throughout the partnership is your dedicated Business Development manager, who refers your clients to a team of compliance, legal, and migration experts.

Frequently asked questions

  • When do partners get paid their commission, and is any part paid upfront?

The first commission payment is transferred within one week of the client settling their fee with Immigrant Invest. The timing of any remaining payments depends on the agreed terms and how the case progresses — your dedicated manager will walk you through the schedule during onboarding.

  • What information do I need to share to refer a client, and how is the client's data protected?

A referral typically begins with basic contact details and a brief description of the client's goals, which allows our team to identify the most suitable options. All personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our confidentiality and data protection framework.

  • Do I need to disclose referral fees or commissions to my client before introducing them?

In many regulated professions, disclosure and consent obligations apply when referral fees or commissions are involved.

As a general principle, it is advisable to inform the client clearly that a commission may be received, explain how it is structured, and keep a record of their acknowledgement.

Requirements vary by jurisdiction and can be subject to strict enforcement, so partners are encouraged to verify the applicable rules in their own professional context.

  • Why does working with a licensed agent matter for my client and for my reputation?

Many investment migration programmes accept applications only through government-licensed agents. Licensing means the agent is held to defined standards — including AML, KYC, and Due Diligence requirements — which reduces the risk of procedural errors and helps protect the client throughout the process.

For partners, referring clients to a licensed operator is also a safeguard for their own professional standing.

  • How does preliminary Due Diligence work, and how does it reduce the risk of refusal?

Before an agreement is signed, Immigrant Invest conducts an upfront screening of the client’s profile. This step is designed to identify potential issues early — such as sanctions exposure, adverse media, or documentation gaps — so that the case approach can be adjusted, or alternative programmes considered, before significant time and costs are committed.
