It was built as a full-fledged monastery in 1531, but was never completed. The project is fully approved for a 4-star superior boutique hotel that combines heritage and modernity. The existing building will be completely renovated and modernized. All important historical characteristics will be preserved, creating perfect symbioses with the new wing to be built. It will have 51 rooms with modern decor, creating a clear and sophisticated contrast with the heritage of the monastery.
The project will also have a beautiful garden with swimming pool and spa.

• An advance payment of 3.5% of the initial investment per year for the first 5 years, which corresponds to 49,000€

• The client can book a room for up to 4 weeks per year during the entire duration of the program, divided into 1 week in the high season, 1 week in the middle season and 2 weeks in the low season.
