About Lebanon

A state in the Middle East. It borders on Syria and Israel, washed by the waters of the Mediterranean Sea. Before the civil war, which lasted from 1975 to 1990, Lebanon was considered a prosperous state and was the financial center of the Middle East. Now the country's economy is recovering due to tourism , agriculture and financial services.

Tourists come to Lebanon to relax on the Mediterranean coast and get acquainted with the history of the country. They are attracted by sights: the ancient city of Baalbek, the fortress in Byblos, the old markets of Tripoli, the Sidon fortress, Pigeon rocks and others.
