The cost of the share is $220,000, which includes:
  • share in a condominium depending on the size of the apartment
  • a share in the common elements served by the hotel (footpaths, stairs, swimming pool)
The owner of the share receives rental income: when buying a share, the owner must include it in the mandatory rental program.
When the hotel opens, investors will be paid a portion of the net rental income in proportion to the shares they own, however, from the date of purchase, the owners will receive a minimum guaranteed annual return of 2% for the first 5 years. The investor is also entitled to 14 free nights of accommodation per year.
