The owner of the share receives rental income: when buying a share, the owner must include it in the mandatory rental program.When the hotel opens, investors will be paid a portion of the net rental income in proportion to the shares they own, however, from the date of purchase, the owners will receive a minimum guaranteed annual return of 2% for the first 5 years. The investor is also entitled to 14 free nights of accommodation per year.The hotel complex, consisting of modern premium rooms, occupies a spacious area on a hill with lush tropical gardens.
