USA EB‑5 Visa: requirements, costs and obtaining process

The US EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program is a route leading to obtaining permanent residence in the US.
Investors apply directly or through regional centres with a minimum investment of $800,000. The Regional Centres typically sponsor a variety of investment opportunities that meet the requirements, such as creating or preserving at least ten full-time jobs for US workers.
If the application is approved, the investor receives a Conditional Green Card and changes it to a permanent one after two more years. After 5 years of holding a permanent Green Card, investors can apply for US citizenship.
