About Armenia

A state in the Transcaucasus. It borders on Azerbaijan, Iran, Georgia and Turkey. Armenia is considered an industrial-agrarian country: mechanical engineering, metallurgy, chemical, oil refining and light industries are developed there.

One and a half to two million people visit Armenia every year. Tourists choose Yerevan and the mountainous regions of the country. Architectural objects are popular with travelers: for example, the Black Fortress, the Cascade complex, the fortress city of Erebuni, numerous churches and monasteries.
