The villas are located in the south of the island at the Silversands Hotel Complex, which has been open and receiving tourists since 2018. The design takes into account the peculiarities of the natural landscape: some villas are located directly on the coast of the Caribbean Sea, others 一 adjacent to the beach hill. The new villas are separate from the hotel, have an outdoor terrace, swimming pool, and private access to Grand Anse beach.
