Grenada citizenship is granted by purchasing real estate worth $220,000 or more. Investors buy a share in a hotel complex, apartment, or villa. Real estate under the program is approved by the national government.
Eight new villas are listed as properties in the Grenada Citizenship Program. The villas are located in the south of the island at the Silversands Hotel Complex, which has been open and receiving tourists since 2018. It is considered one of the best luxury resorts in the Caribbean. For example, in 2021 it was ranked among the top 15 Caribbean hotels by The Caribbean Journal.
The hotel and new villas were built by Ora Caribbean, a subsidiary of Ora Developers Group, an international holding company. The company specializes in the construction and design of premium hotels and resorts.
The design takes into account the peculiarities of the natural landscape: some villas are located directly on the coast of the Caribbean Sea, others 一 adjacent to the beach hill. The new villas are separate from the hotel, have an outdoor terrace, swimming pool, and private access to Grand Anse beach.
