The 6th Premium Real Estate Expo ran for three days. The Forum showed that Greek real estate is developing around several core themes: investment strategy, technology, sustainability, housing supply, and changing tenant demand.
The first day focused on contemporary management, professional standards, international practices, short-term rentals, facility management, ESG, and sustainable design.
The second day opened with official greetings by Lazaros Tsavdaridis, Deputy Minister of Development, and focused on investment strategy, risk, and market dynamics.
The programme also included a dedicated discussion on the new investment map of Greece: who is buying Greek real estate in 2026, Golden Visa demand, and broader foreign investment trends.
The third day focused on innovation, green living, and the future of housing. The agenda included sessions on smart healthy homes, proptech and AI, student housing, co-living, investment hotspots, and the supply crisis caused by closed homes and bureaucracy.
Participants noted that small, well-planned apartments in strong locations are becoming one of the most liquid property formats in Athens. This makes the €250,000 Golden Visa option the most promising route for investors seeking passive income.
