CRM/Email Marketing Specialist

Immigrant Invest is an international company that specializes in investment citizenship and residency programmes in the European Union and the Caribbean. We help high net worth individuals obtain second citizenship and residence permits through investments. Our clients include entrepreneurs, investors, artists, and celebrities.

Tasks:

• Implement an email strategy for B2C and B2B projects.

• Work with a communications map to plan out the email campaigns.

• Create new email chains and update current ones, and set up trigger automations.

• Segment, reactivate, enrich data, and personalize offers to improve engagement.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators of mailing lists and constantly work on improving the indicators (OR, CTR, CR).

• Test hypotheses and conduct optimizations, conducting A/B testing.

• Develop and implement a strategy with the IT team.

• Work hands-on with the ESP platform to execute the email campaigns.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms, such as Customer.io or Salesforce.

• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Tableau.

• Understanding of A/B testing.

• Proficiency in working with Google Forms, Google Sheets, and Excel.

• Understanding of segmentation and personalization principles.

• Knowledge of various communication channels, such as SMS, push notifications, or messengers.

• Understanding of email delivery basics.

Will be an advantage

• Experience working in international companies.

• Additional courses or training in CRM marketing.

• Experience managing a team or implementing large projects.

• English language proficiency at the B2 level or higher.
