Each apartment will be fully equipped with a kitchen, living room and work area, and will enjoy a wide range of services on request, such as: concierge services, room service, dry cleaning and laundry. The cost of the furniture set is €20,000 for a 1-bedroom apartment, €23,000 for a 2-bedroom apartment.
The project will offer residents modern hotel amenities (rooftop pool and terrace, extended lounge and gym). Club spaces will include a concept store, restaurant, bar, private dining room, rental lounge, lounge area and classroom workspaces.
For the first 3 years of operation, owners are guaranteed a 3% rent refund.
The project is eligible for the €500,000 option.
