The design team has prepared options for finishing and furnishing, which, if desired by the owner, can be modified. The owner can also hire his own interior designer. A custom furnishing package costs $150,000. Furniture imports to Antigua are taxed at 50%, however the developer has special exemptions so their furniture kits are about half the price the owner would pay if they imported the furniture themselves. The developer offers high quality from reliable suppliers from North America and Europe.
The kitchen and utility room are equipped with all necessary household appliances. Covered verandas allow you to feel most of the time spent in the fresh air. The landscaping team has created separate paths leading to the beach, and planted abundant tropical vegetation around the houses that will grow before the end of the summer. There is no property management fee, however there is a homeowners association.
