Investment conditions
Participants can choose between two options offered by the Grenada citizenship programme:
$150,000 — a non-refundable contribution to the National Transformation Fund;
$220,000 — purchase of the real estate.
The fund contribution sum for a family of four is $200,000. An investor must pay an additional $25,000 to $75,000 for every family member starting from the fifth.
The purchase of real estate allows one to invest in the properties approved by the government; they usually are hotels. The share in the project can be sold 5 years later, and the money returned.

Step-by-step procedure for obtaining a Grenada passport by investment
Preliminary Due Diligence
Checks against international databases are conducted by a certified Compliance Anti Money Laundering Officer. It helps to determine issues and come up with a solution: for example, add documents or choose another programme. The preliminary Due Diligence decreases the refusal risk down to 1%.
The check is confidential and takes one working day. The investor provides a passport only.
Take a short anonymous test and learn more about the nuances of Due Diligence checks.
Preparation of the documents
Lawyers fill in government forms, notarise copies, and translate documents into English. When the document package is ready, it is sent to the CBI Unit for consideration.
Due Diligence
The investor and all their family members over 17 undergo Due Diligence. Specialists of the CBI Unit check documents and the information on the applicant against international databases. Whether or not the application will be approved depends on the Due Diligence results.
Fulfilment of investment conditions
When the application is approved, the investor contributes or buys real estate. They have 30 days to do so.
Collection of the passport
Grenada authorities start preparing passports and naturalisation certificates when the investment money is transferred. It takes up to 4 weeks. Then, the documents are sent to the address provided by the investor.
