Second passport with Immigrant Invest

On the market since 2006

We know the industry inside out: the details of the Due Diligence process for each citizenship and residence permit by investment program, when an affidavit is needed and the best way to resolve our clients’ problems.

Licensed agent

We work exclusively with government-licensed citizenship and residence permit by investment programs in the European Union and the Caribbean.

Compliance department

We are one of the few companies in the industry with an own Compliance Department. Our preliminary Due Diligence check increases the chances of your application being approved to 99%.

99% success rate

We conduct a preliminary Due Diligence check for each of our clients in order to practically eliminate the risk of failure. If we find points in their background that could result in their application being rejected, we offer a suitable alternative solution or decline to proceed with the application, after explaining the situation to the client concerned.

We go through each stage with you

Step-by-step procedure for obtaining citizenship, supported by our lawyers.

1

1 day

Preliminary Due Diligence

Compliance anti-money-laundering officer examines investor’s documents. The procedure is confidential and takes only one working day. The applicant only needs to provide a passport.

Immigrant Invest is one of the few licensed agents globally with its compliance department. This reduces the risk of their application being rejected to 1%.

Evaluate your chances of passing Due Diligence

Pass a quick test and learn the nuances that can prevent you from obtaining a second citizenship

2

2 to 4 weeks

Preparation of documents

Immigrant Invest’s lawyers prepare lists of the personal and financial documents required to participate in the citizenship program. They include passports, birth and marriage certificates and bank statements.

Our lawyers fill out all the state forms themselves and certify copies of documents: the investor only needs to sign.

3

2 to 6 months

Due Diligence

We submit the required documents and the application to the government department dealing with the citizenship or residence permit by investment program on behalf of our clients. The government department starts its Due Diligence check when the applicant pays the Due Diligence fee. All family members over the age of 16 included in the application have to undergo this check.

4

Up to 3 months

Fulfilment of the investment condition

When the government department notifies Immigrant Invest that the application has been approved, the investor has to fulfil the investment condition, usually a contribution to the state fund or buying real estate, within 90 days.

5

4+ weeks

Obtaining a passport

The investor’s passport and naturalisation certificate are usually produced within 4 weeks of the fulfilment of the investment condition. They are delivered to the address indicated by the investor in the application.

The head of Immigrant Invest’s legal department handled my application. I want to thank her in particular because I could turn to her for any question or advice even outside office hours, including at weekends. Moreover, all issues that arose were always resolved promptly.

I also appreciated the convenience of being able to prepare and submit my application online without having to travel to different offices and government departments. In the end, my second passport was sent to me by DHL within just two months.

In the past, we made the mistake of wiring thousands of euros to scammers, which left us traumatised and deeply mistrustful of immigration services for years.

However, a trusted friend urged us to give it another try with Immigrant Invest. It was frightening to take that leap again.

Today, we’re living our lifelong dream of having a home in Lisbon, something that wouldn’t have been possible without Immigrant Invest and the risk we took. We are incredibly grateful to this amazing team and company for helping us obtain our Portugal investor visas. Thank you!

I've had several online consultations so far, and the attorneys here clearly are well-versed in Maltese laws and the Malta Global Residence Programme requirements. However, some of our meetings had to be scheduled at unusual hours.

I do not often meet people with such high responsibility and professionalism as your staff and managers.

At my age, I was almost embarrassed by how little I knew about immigration laws. But the team at Immigrant Invest quickly put me at ease, making sure I was fully informed about each step we took. Not only did they help me successfully obtain my second passport in Dominica, but they also educated me on many aspects of citizenship by investment. I highly recommend Immigrant Invest to anyone considering this route.

As a recent client who has successfully obtained Malta citizenship, I can confidently say that Immigrant Invest’s lawyers and managers are among the most skilled in the industry. While their services might seem pricey, it’s money well spent. Their expertise in immigration laws and programs is unparalleled, and they know exactly how to navigate various scenarios.

The service and support given to me at Immigrant Invest have left me only with positive impressions and pleasant memories. In particular, I would like to thank your lawyer Vladlena Baranova, who resolved every issue. She saved our time and energy, listened to and understood all our requests and wishes, and handled our application perfectly. There were no problems that she could not solve. I would be too happy to use your company's services and Olga's lawyer again.

We were in discussion with Immigrant Invest for several months before signing the contract. Zlata was very attentive and patient with us. She did not put any pressure on us to sign the contract quickly.

Before signing, Zlata provided us with all of Immigrant Invest's relevant certificates to be confident that the company was reliable and its staff were well-qualified and competent.

After signing the contract, we were introduced to the lawyer responsible for our application. As soon as we met her, we felt her confidence, professionalism, and respect for us. As a result of our mutual understanding, we were able to work quickly and effectively. We managed to gather all the necessary documents within a week.

I received my St. Kitts and Nevis passport 9 months after my first consultation with Immigrant Invest. This was especially impressive considering that my application was made at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic and the resultant travel restrictions.

I came to Immigrant Invest's office just three times: for a consultation, to sign my contract, to submit the application and the required documents, and to collect my new passport.

The most challenging stage - gathering all the required documents - took two weeks. After that, my role was reduced to simply making the investment and waiting for my passport.

Immigrant Invest took over the rest of the tasks. It carried out its own preliminary Due Diligence check, specified which documents were required, kept me informed about the results of each stage, sent me reports and invoices, and answered all my questions.

Thanks to Immigrant Invest, I now have my St. Kitts and Nevis passport and naturalisation certificate.

Without a doubt, this is the most dependable immigration company I’ve dealt with. They were quick to respond and handled everything with genuine care and professionalism. Thanks to them, I received residency in Portugal and am already in the process of moving to mainland Europe. I couldn’t be more pleased.
