The Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem is a Catholic order of knighthood that operates under the protection of the Holy See and has lieutenancies around the world. The mission of the Order is to support the Catholic Church in the Holy Land. The Order sponsors various cultural and social initiatives, including the building and support of schools, hospitals, churches, and seminaries.

The Solemn Investiture Ceremony took place at St John’s Co-Cathedral in Valletta. Held annually, it is one of the main events of the Order, where new Knights and Dames are formally admitted and existing members are granted promotions in rank.
The Ceremony was led by Lieutenant Ambassador Roberto Buontempo and celebrated the admission of ten new members to the Order. Representatives and Lieutenants from across Europe, America, and Canada attended the event.
The Solemn Investiture Ceremony was followed by a celebratory luncheon at the Casino Maltese in Valletta, where the Order raised funds to support its charitable initiatives in the Holy Land.
