Description

The project is represented by a complex on the Caribbean Sea, consisting of 12 houses on the first line from the ocean. It is located in the Falmouth Harbor area, just a few minutes' walk from English Harbor, where the project's pier is located. All the attractions of the southern tip of Antigua are in close proximity. The distance to the nearest university is 6 km, and there are several other universities 18 km from the complex. There are 5 types of villas for sale from 2 to 5 bedrooms. Each villa has a private pool.

The design team has prepared finishing and furnishing options, which can be changed if the owner wishes. The owner can also hire his own interior designer. A custom furnishing package costs $150,000.  Furniture imports into Antigua are taxed at 50%, but the developer has special incentives so their furniture packages are about half the price the owner would pay if he imported the furniture himself. The developer offers high quality from reliable suppliers from North America and Europe. The kitchen and utility room are equipped with all necessary household appliances. 

Covered porches allow you to feel like you're spending most of your time outdoors. The landscaping team created separate paths leading to the beach and also planted abundant tropical vegetation around the houses, which will grow until late summer. Four houses are delivered, other are in construction stage. The developer has its own property management team, which will take care of your home if desired, offering regular and transparent reporting.  

There are no property management fees, but there is a homeowners association. The homeowners' association agreement clearly states that annual owner dues are made on a transparent cost-recovery basis, meaning an account is kept of any utilities each year. We expect annual fees to be around $6,000 per home. The construction of each villa will take 10-11 months.
