Furniture imports into Antigua are taxed at 50%, but the developer has special incentives so their furniture packages are about half the price the owner would pay if he imported the furniture himself. The developer offers high quality from reliable suppliers from North America and Europe. The kitchen and utility room are equipped with all necessary household appliances. Covered porches allow you to feel like you're spending most of your time outdoors.
