We are thrilled to share that we are on a continuous growth trajectory and are currently looking for an experienced Head of Real Estate Investments  to join our team. 

Responsibilities:

• Search for and attract new real estate properties, reaching agreements on commission fees.

• Study real estate markets in countries where the company operates, analyzing market opportunities, development trends, and competitor activities.

• Gather information on demand, supply, motivations, and fluctuations, identifying reasons for changes and analyzing customer needs.

• Handle contractual and legal work, including drafting contracts, reviewing company information materials, and conducting legal expertise of contract projects.

• Prepare regular reports for company management.

• Manage Asana and SF systems in a detailed and timely manner.

• Interact with clients to provide support, including responding to inquiries, advising on real estate investments, participating in negotiations, and representing client interests.

• Perform all other necessary actions within their competence to facilitate residence permits, permanent residence permits, or citizenship for clients through real estate purchases.

Requirements:

• Experience in the real estate industry.

• Knowledge of key aspects of international real estate markets.

• Familiarity with real estate transaction structures and their implementation details.

• Familiarity with regulatory legal acts governing the company's production, economic, and financial activities.

• Outstanding leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Leadership experience

Would be beneficial:

• CCIM or other professional designation.

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate.

• Knowledge of other foreign languages.
