• Strong analytical abilities to analyze data, interpret metrics, and make data-driven conclusions.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate leadership skills.

• Competence in intercultural communication, enabling effective collaboration in a multicultural environment.

• Experience working in international companies.

• Experience in team management or executing large-scale projects.

• Technical education or experience in the IT field, allowing for a structured and technical approach to marketing.

• Ability to work with numerical data, conduct A/B testing, and optimize campaigns.

• English B2 or higher.
