• Number of investors: 157
• An advance payment of 3,5% of the initial investment per year for the first 5 years
• From the 6th year payment €8500 per year
• after 7 years the project will be sold, the profit is shared with the investor 50 to 50% - 50 to the investor, 50 to the developer.
• The client can book a room for up to 2 weeks a year during the entire duration of the program with breakfast included
