About Zimbabwe

A state in southern Africa, located between the Victoria Falls, the Zambezi and Limpopo rivers. Zimbabwe is one of the most popular African countries for tourists: about 2 million people come there every year. The country has preserved pristine nature, settlements of poorly civilized tribes, historical monuments.

The Zimbabwean dollar, the country’s own currency, has been retired. Instead, Zimbabwe has been using a multi-currency system since 2008: payments are accepted in US dollars, British pounds sterling and the currencies of neighboring states, such as South Africa and Botswana.
