About Timor-Leste

A state in Southeast Asia. It occupies part of the island of Timor and the small islands of Atauru and Jacou. The closest neighbors are Indonesia, with which the country has a land border, Australia and Papua New Guinea. The territory of Timor-Leste is washed by three seas: Timorsky, Banda and Savu.

East Timor is an agrarian state: coffee and fruits are grown in the country. In addition, they produce oil and gas offshore the Timor Sea. On the territory of the country there are deposits of gold, platinum, manganese and marble.
