About Myanmar
A state in Southeast Asia, on the Indochina peninsula. It borders on India, China, Laos, Thailand and Bangladesh. It is washed by the waters of the Bay of Bengal, the Andaman Sea and the Moutama Bay. Until 1989, the country was called Burma - now this name is not popular from local residents due to foreign origin.In 2021, a military coup took place in the country.
