On November 1st, 2025, Vienna welcomed the Grand Forum, one of Europe’s major international business platforms facilitating cooperation between Ukrainian and European companies.
The Immigrant Invest team delivered a presentation on building a safe Plan B for families and businesses.
The Forum brought together a fast-growing community of more than 1,000 Ukrainian and European entrepreneurs, investors, and business leaders for a day of practical insights, real-world case studies, and high-value networking.
The program was framed by a pre-opening meeting on October 31st for VIP participants and a private business lunch on November 2nd, creating a three-day platform for dialogue and partnerships.
The Vienna Grand Forum’s agenda centred on three key dimensions: new formats of international cooperation between Ukrainian and European companies, strategies for scaling in European markets, and investment opportunities and alliances for long-term growth.
Attendees had the opportunity to access expertise and practical tools for market expansion, capital raising, and transformation, shared by speakers across multiple sectors:
Capital and finance topics ranged from attracting European investment and navigating Austrian finance to M&A, crisis management, and compliance frameworks for cross-border scale-ups.
Frontier innovation featured strongly, with insights on commercial space and deep-tech company building.
Real estate sessions addressed development strategy, project financing, and portfolio diversification including opportunities in Austria and the UAE.
Creative-industry leaders shared routes into global markets, from content co-production and media scaling to brand-led fashion growth.
Leadership and organisation tracks focused on founder transformation, delegation at scale, and building teams beyond 200 employees.
Immigrant Invest’s presentation at the Forum
Immigrant Invest’s presentation, delivered by Paul Lauber, focused on building a resilient Plan B for businesses and families through geopolitically neutral investment migration tools.
As an authorised government agent for investment migration programs, the team outlined the most attractive citizenship and residency by investment options in the EU and the Caribbean and highlighted how each destination can align with one’s specific goals.
The Vienna Grand Forum provided extensive opportunities for networking, getting acquainted with active, motivated, and promising companies, and laying the groundwork for practical collaborations that will benefit clients and partners alike.
