This unspoiled and idyllic environment, calm and peaceful, is 2 hours from Lisbon and close to the Spanish border.A luxury hotel managed by an international hotel brand will be created as part of the renovation process of a historic building. The project will consist of 50 exquisite and luxurious rooms, an upscale restaurant, a bar, a spa, a swimming pool, an observation tower, a tea pavilion, baroque gardens and a wedding venue with a church built by the Templars.

• 4-6% expected return
• After 5 years, investors will receive a return on their initial investment plus half of the value added (capital gain) from the sale of the hotel
• The construction will be completed at the end of 2024, and the opening of the hotel is scheduled for the first quarter of 2025
• Property Transfer Tax (IMT) is paid by the developer
