The project is represented by three hotel complexes on the Caribbean coast. The share for sale is priced at 440 000 $. This investment not only guarantees a safe and secure investment, but also provides the right to an annual vacation and an exit strategy at the end of the established ownership period. At the end of the established ownership period, the developer will buy your share for an amount equal to 100% of the original investment.   

The possibility of free stay in the hotel for 10 days per year. Ownership includes the ability to use the following services: VIP arrivals, butler and chef services, spa treatments, transfer to the island with a driver, personal concierge and invitations to exclusive events. After 5 years, a 100% buyout is carried out.
