  • Waterfront lots are entire villas starting at $1,500,000, with 2, 3 or 4 bedroom options and private berths.
  • Garden plots – an entire villa starting at $850,000, with options of 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms. In any villa project there is an option to add a guest house in the garden.

Option 2: The client can purchase a share for $200,000. This “smart sharing” option means you can own one fifth of the villa, use it for 10 weeks a year and receive net rental income paid twice a year. Your 20% stake in the villa is registered and can be sold in the future. We offer fully managed rental operations with regular reports.
