1. Rogner Bad Blumau
The hotel Rogner Bad Blumau was designed by the famous Austrian architect Friedensreich Hundertwasser. Each building is distinctive and blends in with the surrounding landscape.
There are plenty of co ers to relax in peace. There’s also a rare tree garden, thermal springs, a spa, a sauna complex and the museum of spa founder Robert Rogner.
During the pandemic, Russians can only come to Austria if they have a residence permit or a valid reason for travelling. Cosmopolites receive an Austrian residence permit for financially independent persons – it allows them to live in the country, but does not give them the right to work. It takes an average of 6-12 months to obtain a residence permit.
2. Villa Honegg
Villa Honegg is a boutique hotel located in the mountains near Lake Luce e. The place is famous for its spa with an outdoor rooftop pool overlooking the mountains. The pool maintains a comfortable water temperature of +34°C.
There is also a panoramic terrace overlooking the lake, a smoking room with an assortment of exclusive cigars and a cinema.
To come to Switzerland during a pandemic, you need a residence permit. It can be obtained as a financially independent person by paying a special tax annually. It takes four to six months to obtain the documents.
3. Beckham Creek Cave Lodge
Hotel Beckham Creek Cave Lodge is located in the state of Arkansas. Since the late 19th century the property had been used as a military bunker. In the 1980s, it was bought by entrepreneur John Hay to be converted into a bomb shelter. But when the conversion ended, tensions between the USSR and the US subsided, and Hay sold the cave. The new owner set up a nightclub and then a hotel in it.
Guests are accommodated in 4 rooms. They have a shared kitchen and a comfortable living room with a TV. The natural topography of the caves is incorporated into the interior – this is what makes the hotel extraordinary.
A few kilometres away are the Buffalo and White Rivers. Tourists catch trout, go kayaking and hike.

Investors with Caribbean passports apply for a tourist visa to the USA for up to 10 years. With it, one can spend up to 180 days a year in the country.
Maltese nationals do not need a visa to come to the US on a short trip. The passport allows you to spend up to 90 days in the country without additional documents.
4. The Witchery by the Castle
The Witchery by the Castle is located in Edinburgh. It is housed in a 16th-century building. They have a choice of 9 suites, all decorated and furnished in a Gothic style. Each one has a different look and feel; there are romantic and sombre options.
There are two restaurants, The Witchery and The Secret Garden. They serve Scottish cuisine. They, like the hotel, were founded by renowned restaurateur James Thomson.
The hotel is located in Edinburgh’s Old Town. It offers convenient access to attractions. The Scottish Whisky Heritage Centre is very close by, and Mary King’s Close Underground Street and the National Library are a three-minute walk away.
The UK border is open even during a pandemic; you must observe quarantine on arrival. You can enter the country without a visa with a passport from Vanuatu or any Caribbean country. The procedure is remote and there is no need to fly to the islands, an added advantage in the current climate.
At Treehotel, guests are accommodated in treehouses. They vary in size and decor: there are options for couples or groups, modern rooms and rooms in the shape of a nest or a UFO. The windows have a view of the forest.
Hotel guests go hiking, cycling, kayaking and dog sledding. Another fun activity is dining at 10 metres high, surrounded by the crowns of live trees.
Citizens and residents of European Economic Arearn(EEA) countries may travel to Sweden during the pandemic. Others will need a good reason to travel. Investors with a residence permit in Portugal, Greece or Spain can stay in a hotel. A residence permit, permanent residence permit or Maltese citizenship will also be suitable. Residency status is granted in 2-6 months.
6. Levin Iglut
Hotel Levin Iglut is located in Lapland. Guests are accommodated in glass igloos with mountain views. The roof is transparent – at night you can admire the stars and the northern lights. You can also stay in a house with a sauna and a terrace.
Some rooms have king-size beds and whirlpool baths. There is an on-site Utsu restaurant with a panoramic roof.

7. Hotel de Glace
The Hotel de Glace is famous for accommodating guests in ice-cold rooms decorated with carvings and sculptures. Temperatures range from -3 to -5℃. To keep warm, tourists sleep in sleeping bags.

During a pandemic, tourists are not allowed to Canada. When the restrictions are lifted, cosmopolites with a passport of Malta will be able to come here without a visa. It costs from 700,000 € to obtain citizenship, and the process takes from 1 year.
8. Conrad Maldives Rangali Island

How to travel visa-free after a pandemic
When the restrictions are lifted and visas begin to be issued again, there will be queues at the consulates and visa centres. A second passport or residence permit will help to avoid the queues and travel abroad immediately. The easiest and fastest way to obtain status is to take part in an investment programme.
The Schengen arearnis open without a visa to citizens of the Caribbean, Vanuatu and EU residents. They may spend up to 90 days out of 180 days in the Schengen states.
Investments for a Caribbean passport start from $100,000 and it takes 3-6 months to obtain a passport. Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, Saint Lucia and Saint Kitts and Nevis have citizenship programmes for investment.
A Vanuatu passport is obtained for an investment from $130,000. Investors receive passports in 1-2 months.
A Maltese passport gives you more options: it allows you to live in any EU country. There is no time limit and Maltese citizens do not need a residence permit.
The UK is open to citizens of Caribbean countries and Vanuatu. They do not need a visa or additional documents to spend up to 180 consecutive days in the country.
Maltese citizens can also visit the UK without a visa. From 1 October 2021, they will need a passport to travel, not just an ID card.
The USA. Citizens of the Caribbean countries receive a tourist visa immediately for up to 10 years – unlike Russians, who are given it for a maximum of 3 years. Documents are submitted to any convenient consulate.
The Grenada passport allows you to obtain a non-immigrant E-2 investor visa in the US. This requires an investment from $100,000 and a waiting period of 2 to 5 months for a business in the US. Russians without a second passport can obtain an EB-5 immigrant visa, which is issued for one and a half to two years for an investment from $900,000.
Maltese citizens come to the United States without a visa if they are going on holiday or for medical treatment. You can stay in the country for up to 90 days.
Other destinations. Any second citizenship gives an investor additional travel opportunities. Malta has the most visa-free destinations: cosmopolitans with a passport from this country do not require additional documents for tourist trips to 184 countries, including Canada, Australia and Japan.
