The Government of the Federation of St Kitts and Nevis reduced the contribution amount for families in July 2020 to make the programme more attractive to investors. The special offer was valid until 15 January 2021.
Initially, the government had no plans to extend the discount. But the offer proved to be in demand among investors, so the programme department reconsidered its decision.
On 1 March 2021, the programme department will resume accepting applications for the special offer. The discount is valid until December 31, 2021.
The Government’s decision to prolong the limited-time offer is confirmed with the notice from the CEO of the Citizenship by Investment Unit.
Under the terms of the special offer, the family’s costs for participating in the programme are reduced by $45,000. The cost of due diligence, fees and commissions remain unchanged.

How to become a citizen of St Kitts and Nevis in 2021
St Kitts and Nevis only accept applications from licensed agents of the programme. The agent collects the documents, translates them into English and certifies them with a notary, and fills out government forms. The outcome of participation in the programme depends largely on the quality of the agent’s work.
Immigrant Invest is a licensed agent of the citizenship programme of the Federation of St Kitts and Nevis. International and economic law lawyers provide full support to investors – from the collection of documents to the shipment of the finished passports.
It takes at least two weeks to prepare the application documents for St Kitts and Nevis. The lawyers then first complete the application form and upload scans of the documents to the programme department’s website. The originals then need to be mailed immediately to St Kitts and Nevis.
From 1 February 2021, the department considers an investor’s application only once it has received the original documents. We talked about this in the article «St Kitts and Nevis abolished the simplified application for citizenship».
It usually takes about a week to send documents. But because of the pandemic, the number of flights to St Kitts and Nevis has been reduced, so documents may take longer to arrive.
The expert analysts of Immigrant Invest’s investment programmes recommend that you start collecting your documents now in order to be among the first applicants for the special discounted offer.
