  Malta runs a specific government programme granting permanent residency to investors. To qualify, investors must meet the following conditions:

  1. But a residential property for €375,000+ or rent one for €14,000+ per year.
  2. Contribute €37,000.
  3. Pay an administration fee of €60,000 for the investor and €7,500 per family member aged 18+, except for the spouse.
  4. Donate €2,000+ to a Maltese NGO.
  5. Prove available assets of €500,000+ with €150,000+ of financial ones or €650,000+ with €75,000+ of financial ones.
• Can my family be included?

  Yes. Spouses, principally dependent children, and principally dependent parents and grandparents can be included in one application.

• Do I need to live in Malta?

  No physical residency is required. Permanent residents must meet qualifying conditions and renew their permit once every 5 years.
